Drawing upon years of culinary experience, the et al. team crafts an imaginative menu of multi-regional dishes inspired by local produce and seasonal ingredients. Chief Food Officer and Corporate Chef Keoni Chang leads the food and beverage team with help from et al. Chef de Cuisine Colin Sato, Beverage Director Matt Rosskopf and Pastry Chef Brian Sung. et al. is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with brunch reserved for weekends.
